A lovely and sunny 2 bedroom, private garden apartment, perfectly located in a stylish, well maintained and secure gated residence. Air con in living room, English TV channels, free WIFI, indoor and out door pools, Jacuzzi, gymnasium and free parking in all the streets around the apartment. (Underground secure parking is available for a small fee if interested, please ask) The indoor pool and gym are open all day, every day of the year and the pool is heated between October and April.
The apartment has a spacious living room with satellite TV (showing English/ Spanish /Irish channels) and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out to a large covered terrace and a garden that is filled with sunshine all day long. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with large built in wardrobes and ceiling fans above the beds with sliding doors out into the garden/terrace area. One of the bedrooms has a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with full size bath, while the other bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, cafetiere, a kettle and toaster. The complex is of a very high quality with everything beautifully maintained. Outside you will find a big swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and children’s pool. In addition to these, there is a fully heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and gymnasium making the apartment the ideal choice for those longer ‘out of season’ stays. There is also underfloor heating and free parking in all the streets nearby. (Special winter prices are available at lower rates, these are based on a minimum stay of one month, please request a quote if interested). The apartment is also ideally located between the Port with its bars, restaurants and local beach (less than a 10 minute flat walk away) and the old town (a 15 minute walk). The nearest bar/restaurant is just 2 mins away and always very popular. A glass of wine costs 1.50e! What more can I say!!!!

The minimum stay is normally one week with Saturday arrivals in the summer months. Please see calendar for shorter periods available and email for a quote if interested.
Please note that the apartment is ideal for longer winter lets due to it's South facing position, meaning sunshine in the garden all day long. In addition to this, it also has underfloor heating, an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna and a fully equipped gymnasium, in fact absolutely everything you could possibly need for your longer out of season stay.
