A tasteful and comfortable apartment, full of cherished objects (that you can use but not take away!), on a little friendly street, one block and a half away from the subway station. Walking distance from parks, shops and restaurants in the Koreatown section of the Bloor Cultural Corridor.
This is an apartment in a co-owned house that is lived in by one of the owners and is fully stocked with all comforts while they are away travelling.
The house is a newly renovated 100 year old brick house with modern amenities. Your space is full of books (in 3 different languages) and art with kitchen for a good cook.
You have access to a fully separate apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Ryan spends a lot of time reading, programming, and writing. He is
preoccupied with three questions:
Who decides what gets made?
Who gets to make it?
Who gets access to what has been made?
When travelling Ryan loves to have a plan but improvise when there is a chance to dive into an authentic experience.
