I was in touch with him during your stay. I called Comcast the same minute,as well as our IT guy. None of you never needed to talk to Comcast. Unfortunately, we are about 150 miles from main land and Comcast issues are common down here, especially since last hurricane. Obviously, we did what we could and first Comcast technician was available on Monday,when problem was fixed. One of the street poles cracked and disconnected one of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) you really think that the owner of the house was able to fix this issue? We offer you some refund for inconvenience and asked you twice for your credit card number without respond. Also, you received 2 keys from each cottage,so we are not sure what main key you are talking about. We never give you lock box codes or permission to use them, so we don't know how you were able to do so.
However,we are very sorry that Comcast issue ruined you vacation and for it we would like to apologize.
