Welcome to Casita Minerva! Escape to this beautiful city. Full of magical places and amazing people! 5-10 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk to the city center. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Near comercial centers, banks, and bus stations.
Casita Minerva philosophy: Design a space where our guest can connect with their family members or friends to have more conversation and less television.
The kitchen has all that you need and plenty of space to hangout while you cook. Connected to the kitchen there is a small room. This space is called the studio. There you can work in your computer or have a space to work on papers. Following this space you'll walk into one of the must coziest place in the house the living room! Decorated with tradicional Guatemalan cushions and soft textiles that will make you not want to leave the house.
The rooms have double beds, comforters, cushions and pillows. A comfy space to chill, read or relax.
Access to the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dinning room, studio room, living room and patio.

I want my guest to enjoy the house as if you are in your own home. As well I spect my guest to take care of the space as if it was yours. If you smoke feel free to do it outside in the patio and clean after yourself. Quiet time is after 10 PM. If you move things around just put them back where you found it. If you have any issues during your staying please contact me, don't wait until you check out to resolve any issues! We would like you to have an enjoyable time!
I found this rules helpful!
If you open it, close it.
If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you unlock it, lock it back.
If you break it, fix it.
If you borrow it, return it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If it doesn't concern you, don't mess with it.
If you don't know please ask :)
Enjoy your staying in the city of the eternal spring!
Hi there, I was born and raise in Guatemala, Xela to be more specific. I'm currently an undergrad at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California. I enjoy exploring other countries, learn about their cultures, demographics, economy, politics, and their food! In my free time I'm all about extreme sports. Despite not having a lot free time to exercise as much as I would love to. I try to make time for extreme sport when I travel :) Cheers, Salud, Lehaim, Sajten!
