We have a large secure property in Constantia and live in the main house; the Wine Lovers Garden Cottage listed has its own enclosed garden and braai /barbecue area. It is newly renovated and decorated; it is light, bright and spacious, peaceful, comfortable and private. The open plan lounge/living room area has a comfy sofa and easy chair, coffee tables etc. There is a desk to work at with good natural light. The living room faces out to the enclosed garden and large sliding glass patio doors lead out to the garden area. The garden catches the winter sunshine and is a lovely space to relax in. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer,microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with ample storage space. The cottage has free unlimited WiFi. There is a large swimming pool for use in the communal pool area. The property is secure and there is ample secure on site undercover parking.
Guests are issued with a remote for the electronic gate to access the property.
Guests have access to our communal area where there is a large salt chlorinated pool where you can relax and swim.
There is a large garden to explore and enjoy.

The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, with many lovely old leafy trees along the roads and there are large open spaces of green belt to enjoy. We are within walking distance of Constantia Village where one can shop in luxurious shops, or pop up for breakfast. We are situated within close proximity to beautiful wine farms where one can spend the day sampling their finest wines, enjoying food and perusing the estates. Many estates have original Cape Homesteads which are open to view; they have interesting historical furnishings and décor.
Two golf courses are within easy reach; Steenberg Golf course and wine estate and Westlake golf course.
The Alphen Trail, among other green belt walks, is close by, this is a beautiful area to hike with lovely views of the mountains. One can hike to Table Mountain from a few of the trails.
There are many mountain bike trails in the area, all within easy reach.
We are also close to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, with the newly opened Boomslang Tree Top canopy walk way which is an experience not to be missed. During holiday summer season there are sunset concerts at Kirstenbosch; take along a picnic and enjoy local live music whilst watching the sun go down.
Beaches are close by and the famous Surfers Corner at Muizenberg beach is easily accessed.
Newlands Cricket stadium is within easy access for sports lovers.
We are spoilt for choice regarding restaurants in the area, from local family restaurants to exotic fine dining experiences.

These are self contained and equipped. If you are traveling with extended family, older children, or with friends, these would be ideal to book to accommodate them.
Breakfast, daily clean and bed making can be arranged on request; let us know what you need and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is a communal pool area where quests can socialize and relax.
Motorized Gate to be closed after entering and exiting property at all times for security purposes.
Any breakages or damages to furnishing and accommodation to be replaced or paid in full when departing.
If your stay with us is longer than 10 days we encourage a clean and linen change every week. This is an in-house service and will cost you an additional R300.00 per week.
