A well presented ground floor flat that offers a convenient location and good transport links. Other perks include modern, open plan feel and a private outdoor space. Also, expect a few treats and some breakfast to be waiting for you on arrival to make your stay that bit nicer. I feel my place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
My flat is decorated tastefully and I feel my home is a calm and welcoming space. The flat has a good sized open plan kitchen/lounge area and a built in fridge and washing machine that guests are welcome to use. This is a ground floor flat. The flat is the largest of five flats that make up Huntley Lodge. Please note, I have two bedrooms - one room with a double bed in it, one with no bed but I have a large double air bed I can set up for you. There is also a double sofabed in the lounge. I would suggest that families contact me prior to booking to discuss your sleeping and space requirements so I can be sure I can meet your needs. Please note, as I live at the property - some of my personal belongings are left at the flat, I tend to adapt the amount of space I make for guests clothing/items based on the size of the party and the length of the stay - again please contact me to discuss your requirements. I am very keen to ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay and have all their needs met.
Guests will have full use of the whole flat and outdoor space, I will not be present. There is also a shared back and front garden. As this a quieter residential area of Bristol there is ample off road parking either side of Huntley Lodge. You are welcome to park in front of the building to unload your car.

I send a guest information email to all guests who book with me. This will contain information such as how get the key's and more detailed information about the apartment and local area.
N.B: I have a lovely, clean home and I do ask that guests adhere to my house rules contained in the guest info email.
Huntley Lodge is a large house that has been carefully converted into five flats. I have a good relationship with my nieghbours and am keen to always be respectful of them. Therefore I must insist that guests keep noise levels to a normal level. You are not allowed to have parties or bring people into the flat other than the agreed guests.
