My place is in Fermoy about 30 minutes from Cork parks, restaurants and dining. My place is good for solo adventurers. I have two rooms with a double bed in each but pricing is for single occupancy. It is €10 per night extra for double occupancy. I change US$ and UK£ at current market rates without commission.
A large house with plenty of parking
Two bedrooms are kept for guests. The common areas are available to everybody ie kitchen, tv room, washing machine etc.

Hi Everybody, I can tell you things about Europe you never see in guide books-I am originally from Ireland and very few places I have not been. For instance we Irish do not regard Dublin as being Ireland at all!!! Its West Britain!! You need to be in West Ireland. Look at the Skelligs which is where I work in the summer. It is so awesome a place we have just had a second visit to film Star Wars there-Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) pulled pints in the local pub....now that's Ireland lol .Because I spend most of the winter in Florida- (this my fourth winter in the Melbourne and Gainesville area. I have a US and Irish phone number. Its only for the weather I go because I am 100% Irish with the mischievous sense of humour that entails. I have not used Air B&B before although in Ireland I have 5 empty rooms two which I will put on air Bnb.
The profile Photo is of me on my daughters wedding day in 2014.
I have had many businesses in my working life but I was always happiest dealing in rare books and 18th and 19th century antiques which I still do but nowadays I collect more than I sell. I am single, travel a lot but am mainly resident in Melbourne, FL. In winter and Ireland in summer.
I am very interested in Constitutional Law I have a bit of a bugbear about the abuse of power by the state and challenge everything they do-I suppose there is a little truth in the 'Fighting Irish' slogan after all. Funnily enough I am not the stereotypical Irishman as I pretty well do not drink apart from a glass of white wine or an Irish coffee with a meal.I also detest Pattys Day. For our American friends it never was, is not now and never will be Pattys Day.!!!!!! It's Patrick's Day.
