The fully outfitted kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, so the cook can be part of the (EMAIL HIDDEN)pleting the downstairs, there`s a stylish bedroom with a plush queen bed, a separate bathroom with tub/shower, and a washer/dryer.
The upstairs bedroom with vaulted wood ceiling has a California King bed and cozy reading nook under the eaves. The light-filled loft above the living room overlooks the dining area and features a large screen HDTV with Bose home theater system, and ultra comfortable `sleep number` style queen sleeper sofa. There`s DirectTV, a Blu Ray disc player, and a convenient computer desk in an alcove at the top of the stairs (with high speed cable wifi throughout this lovely home). These upstairs rooms share a bathroom with shower.
Dine al fresco on the large covered downstairs deck with gas BBQ, or lounge at sunset on the equally spacious covered upper deck. It`s only a five minute walk to the lake, downtown, and Ponderosa State Park from this quiet residential neighborhood ... and the nearest cappuccino is only a few blocks away.

Your worry free, DoneRight Management Vacation Rental is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer as well as Kitchen essentials and towels. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.
Make yourself at home but please respect locked cupboards or closets that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have 24 hour check-in via keyless entry or lock box. Upon confirmation of booking and return of signed, rental agreement your guest access codes will be sent to you via email one week prior to arrival.
Please be aware of our 4pm Mtn. Time check-in and 11am Mtn. Time check-out to avoid additional fees.

In lieu of a security deposit, each DoneRight Management property charges a non-refundable, non- taxable Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver associated with this property is $39.00 and will be charged by the property manager after you book through Airbnb and prior to forwarding your rental agreement.
The Guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period
