This space is a 16 foot camper trailer on a working farm. The camper is from 1972, has been fully renovated, and is full of charmingly vintage appointments. The beds are a queen size and a full size bed, a range and oven and a refrigerator. There is cupboard space and a small toilet. The farm is a working livestock and organic mixed produce farm with picturesque views, miles of wooded trails, and a beautiful fish pond. Fridge full of fresh organic veggies, milk and eggs is included.
The camper can stay parked on a cement pad near the horse barns where guests can access electricity, hot and cold running water, and proximity to the laneway. The camper works on propane and electricity. There is a small covered gazebo for outdoor dining, folding chairs, and a chiminea for outdoor fires.
There is also an outhouse and a solar shower available. Guests heat their own water for cooking and washing dishes in the camper on the stove.
The camper has a heater for chilly nights and a fan for warm nights.
Guests can enjoy access to the whole 100 acres of pristine farm and nature trails.

We would be glad to help guests with any questions or concerns they have during their stay. We live on site. We would also be happy to arrange interaction with the animals such as horseback riding or fishing for an additional charge.
Другие важные подробности
This is a working farm and though the space is a quiet and peaceful break from the city, there are noises and smells and sights associated with livestock farming that some individuals may not prefer. The cow moos in the morning, the sheep bleat, the horses whinny, the chickens cluck.
Please note early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated via prior arrangement for an additional fee of $50.
Please no fires outside of the designated fire areas.

My husband and I are organic farmers in Ontario, Canada and Vermont, USA. We are keen to share the healing beauty of farm life with people. We love nature, art, animals, home-grown food, and making new friends.
On our farm, we have horses, chickens, donkeys, sheep, pigs, cows, honeybees, and turkeys. We grow garden vegetables for sale as CSA shares (Community Shared Agriculture) and at our farm gate stand. We provide retirement board for elderly or injured horses. We are a WWOOF host farm and we enjoy sharing our experience with new farmers and anyone with a passion for organic food.

Thank you and we hope to hear from you soon!
