Thank you for your feedback. However, when you arrived at our apartment, there was a list with tips and advice on where you can go and visit, as well with a map. We provide this for all of our guests. Our apartment is located in the heart of Prague where there are many cafes, restaurants, and shops for you to explore freely on your own (it's up to you to follow our tips or not according to your taste and preferences). As for the coffee capsules, please understand that we had to buy the coffee maker ourselves and provide coffee for our guests. We think that having a small fee of 1 euro per capsule is fair and still convenient for you. Please keep in mind it is still your choice to drink it or not because yes, we are in the center and there are plenty of wonderful cafes around.
As for keys, Cliff locked himself out of the apartment on Sunday evening. We agreed that there would be a fee of 1,000 czk due to having to ask colleagues to come to the apartment and unlock the door during their free time/unpaid hours. Cliff agreed an said it was no problem. The fee was to pay my colleague for doing him the favor. Most companies in Prague would normally charge around 2,500 CZK for these services on Sunday evening. I've done my best to communicate with Cliff immediately to make sure he got into the apartment as soon as possible, given the circumstances.
Our apartment has only 4 floors – not 6. There are light switches on all floors, with little lights on them to indicate they are there. We did not think this would be a problem, since we never had this problem before. We checked all the lights the next day and they all work. Please understand that in the Czech Republic there are other customs and standards than in the US – the lights may not all be automatic. I'm sorry this was not included in our manual, but next time we will write "when it is dark, please turn on the lights manually."
