This appartment is just ideal for a couple or a single that likes having space. It includes one queen bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa-bed (a great one- for your guests), a washing machine and a dryier for your exclusive usage and an additionnal space for storage (about 7m2 that is not heated, so good for a bike, skies...).
The apartment is a "demi-sous-sol" in a triplex, a building with 3 floors and a stairs Inside, so you have a very limited amount of snow to take out of your way... A demi sous-sol is a tipical format that we have in Montréal, it means the appartment is half "burried". During the summer it is fresher than the floors upstairs and during the winter it keep the heat much better. By the way, all windows are new, so the isolation is optimal!
In front of the house, we have planted a charming little garden and the street has many big trees. Please have a look at the pictures.
No animals are permitted and the building is strictly non-smoking.
We are a family with 3 kids under 6 years old.
I have lived in a few countries and love discovering new places and the people there. I love Brazilian music, Almodovar moovies, welcoming friends for a BBQ and swimming in a quite hot swimming pool.
Spanish people say "Que me quiten lo bailado" (equivalent of Carpe Diem) and I remind myself of that just to enjoy life... sometimes I am way too responsible! :)
