Hi there, I'm Joe. I have 19 fantastic apartments, all with their own character - and I love what I do.
This stylish one bedroom apartment is situated on the 10th floor and is naturally filled with an abundance of natural light. It faces the lush leafy grounds of the historic Melbourne High School and from the balcony, you can take in stunning panoramic views of the city.
“Alexandra” is a well-appointed apartment, with a mix of contemporary and classic styles.
In this apartment you can feel at home with a flat screen TV, fully equipped timber veneer kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with a double size bed. It has a sparkling bathroom and includes a European laundry.
You will also have access to the stunning resort-style facilities, including; a rooftop entertaining deck, lap pool, winter lounge, and a gym.
I will personally greet you upon your arrival and give you a local familiarisation.
I'll advise you and help on all things Melbourne, how to get around and what to do.
Shopping, attractions, laneway restaurants…whatever you seek - ask, and I’ll endeavour to help.
If required, parking is available at $25 for 4 nights. For 5 nights and over, parking is $7 per night. This can be paid in cash on arrival. Please let me know in advance should you require a carpark.
I also have a mobile wi-fi connection I can give you, and you're welcome to top it up at the nearby Telstra store (10 minute walk) with the plan you require.
There are no other expenses. My only simple prerequisite is that you leave the apartment nice and tidy. My prices are fantastic in the hope that you look after my lovely apartment like it was your own. If you're ok with that then we'll get on famously!
A FANTASTIC LOCATION
With Chapel Street and Toorak Road just a short stroll away, a mix of designer fashion boutiques, restaurants, and cafes are literally at your doorstep.
The Prahran Market is also nearby with its huge selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce.
A 10-minute train or tram ride could also take you into Melbourne City.
Melbourne is a city that knows how to live. Choose from high-end cuisine to basement rock gigs, plays, festivals and blockbuster sporting events – all happening across a city full of parks, gardens, and historic architecture.
Explore historic arcades and laneways lined with fine dining restaurants, chic cafes, hidden bars, and fashion boutiques or head to one of the many lush gardens throughout the city.
You could also discover Melbourne's obsession with football, cricket, soccer and just about anything else that involves working up a sweat. Head to the sports precinct to visit the hallowed ground of the MCG, Rod Laver Arena or AAMI Park.
In Melbourne, everything has its own festival. From food, film, art and music festivals to celebrations of writing, anime, design and projections – get involved and experience the city through the arts.

It's an important pre-requisite that no guests other than the two of you are in the apartment. These are residential buildings and neighbours will complain when there are people coming and going. It's a fine balance so please let me make it clear that any form of gathering will result in instant cancellation of your booking. The building has a zero tolerance with this and it well monitored.

Please leave the apartment as you found it, respect the apartment like you would your own leaving it neat and tidy. Particular attention to maintaining a spotless cooktop after use.
Deposit of 50% non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The balance of the rental amount must be received in full upon arrival or prior.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to reallocate you due to unforeseen circumstances to an apartment of equal quality and standard.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests unless you confirm otherwise.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in instant termination. Noise will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
