Thank you so much for your feedback. I am so sorry for the inconvenience of the slow wi fi during the two days of your visit. There were power outages on Gili Trarwangan; the wi fi networks on the island were not working well and the signal was disrupted. It was unfortunate that you did not contact me; perhaps I could have offered you a short term solution until the wi-fi disruption was fixed by our provider.
As you already know, wi fi is a continual issue on Gili Trawangan. We have already upgraded our wi fi, but due to power issues and signal disruption issues, our provider was not able to offer us good service during the 2 days you stayed with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will continue to look for a better service provider.
I will make a note on our air bnb page that wi fi on Gili Trawangan does have disturbances so that another guest is not disappointed. Thanks again for taking the time to give us feedback.
