My place is conveniently located at the intersection of two great neighborhoods, Wicker Park and Ukranian Village (and Bucktown is a 10 min walk). You'll be surrounded by local hotspots, share the space with a 10-year resident of Chicago and my cat, and find public transport a breeze to access all the great landmarks! You’ll love the location, the ambiance, the people, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Cheers!

Street parking is not that challenging, there is non-meter/non permit parking just outside my apartment. However, I would say it's really not necessary to have a car in Chicago, but if you do it's not hard to find parking. Hertz and Enterprise have car rental sites in the neighborhood if you need a car to drive outside the city. ZIP Car lots are also close by.
There are numerous ways to get here from the airport. The quickest ways are by taxi (about $50 from both Ohare and Midway) and Uber or Lyft (about $35; from both Ohare and Midway). The most economical option is CTA Train where $2.25 will get you anywhere in the city from either airport, including my apartment.

2. No smoking in the apartment; however, you are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony.
3. Please be kind to my cat, Bacon, he's very friendly.
4. No dangling babies Michael Jackson style.
5. There is no #5.
I love to travel - I've been camping in South Africa, rode elephants in Thailand, explored castles in Scotland and many more! I love to make friends all over the world.
In the wilds of Chicago you can find me spending time with friends over dinner or having a cocktail at a nearby hotspot; playing Cards Against Humanity, Apples to Apples, or Connect 4 at a bar; soaking in the atmosphere in various Chicago neighborhoods; curling up in the sun with a good book, stepping on dance partners' toes at spur of the moment dance parties, or playing ultimate frisbee.
