Traditional red wooden house in village of Uvanå on northernmost shores of Lake Nain bordering Värmland and Dalarna. The main building was once the village store, which explains the name 'Gammal Affar'.
The listing itself has 3 buildings; the main house, a large stuga and a small stuga.
The Main Building's downstairs space includes a bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet, a large lounge/dining room that can host good number of people, an extra bedroom with 2 beds and access to basement from the front hallway. The downstairs area also includes a TV with DVD and VHS players with a selection of films to choose from, boardgames and other entertainment.
The upstairs of the main building includes a smaller lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a kitchen space (fully equipped). There is also a selection of books to read if you wish to.
The large stuga has small kitchen area, toilet and bedroom (double bed).
The Small stuga has a open area shower and bunk bed. The Sauna in the small stuga is currently off-limits to guests but we do hope to open this facility up in the future.
Guests will also have access to the shed building from which they will be able to gain access to outdoor furniture, several bikes of varying sizes and equipment for using the canoes out on the lake.
Guests will have access to most areas and facilities of the houses. the only exception to this are to the sauna in the small stuga (currently due to maintenance) and to the outdoor hot tub (strictly off-limits) and several locked cupboards in the main house.
