Tresweden House is a 4 double bedroomed new build house in a beautiful part of north Cornwall.
The house is a large 4 bedroom with total area of approx 1800sqft. There are 2 master bedrooms which have king size beds, en suite shower rooms with basin and w.c. and high vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have large feature windows with sliding door access to a large south west facing balcony.
There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin.
The third bedroom has 3 single beds, one of which converts into a double bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds, one of which converts into a double bed.
In total the house sleeps 11 people in comfort.
Downstairs there is a large lounge of 19ft x 13ft with French doors onto a rear decking area and back garden which overlooks open fields and gets sun all day, a large kitchen and dining area and entrance hall. The lounge has three large leather sofas and a 50 inch smart TV.
The dining table sits 14 people
The kitchen has a double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with an ice and chilled water dispenser.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a large shower room with basin and wc.
The dining area opens out via a 5 panel bi-fold door onto a decking area and front garden - which faces south west - ideal for dining out on warm summer evenings. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 10.
In the kitchen dining area and the lounge is a blue tooth speaker system which connects to any mobile device so guests can play their own music.
The property is wi-fi enabled, with an allowance of 1Gb per day.
The property is a new build to high eco standards with double glazing, under floor heating on both floors and high levels of thermal insulation which is kept at a comfortable temperature all year round.
The property has a high fit out standard among the best in the area.
There is allocated parking for 4 cars and total grounds of 3/4 acre which is shared with the two other properties which make up Tresweden.
The property would suite a very large family or two families who enjoy holidaying together.
We are able to accommodate dogs at a cost of £25 per dog.
All space within the 4 bedroomed house. In addition there is a rear, side and front garden which have views over open countryside.

Check out time is before 10am
Please ensure that all items of food from the fridge, freezer etc are taken with you as you go and ensure that all your washing up is done. The rubbish bins are on the right of the gate as you exit the property.
We would be grateful if you could report any breakages so that they can be replaced for the next guests.
A polite reminder that the towels are not to be taken to the beach or used in the garden.
Please treat the property with respect and be concientious to other guests staying in the annex and the apartment.
No loud noise after 11.30pm
Remember to hand you key and fob back as you leave.
Finally, please do not move any furniture whilst at Tresweden. A bizarre request I know, but it has happened!
