IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
We will meet you at the resort to give you the keys and explain the property, parking, facilities etc. Because of this we will need to know at least 48 hours prior to arrival your travel plans. There may include:
1. Flight arrival times and at which airport Gold coast or Brisbane
2. Hire Car, taxi, UBER, Shuttle bus or public transport (this help us determine at which time of year how long it will take to get to the resort)
3. Driving only - if you are driving from somewhere for instance Sydney, we will need to know if you are travelling straight through what time you estimate to leave and plan to arrive and also an estimated time of arrival.
Checkin is from 2pm however if you are planning to arrive earlier we will do our best to get you in. If the property is vacant the day of your arrival and no one is checkin out that day we can get you in from 10am
Arrivals from 6pm - Please note as we do not live onsite and we leave at 6pm we hire a checkin person to meet you after hours. This come at an additional cost which is $50 and after 9pm this costs $100 and this is payable to the person who meets you at the resort. We do not collect this in their behalf.

- Check-in time is 2PM - 6PM. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email and we reserve to right to cancel the booking if it is in excess of building standards and policies. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. The apartment is a non - smoking apartment. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments or termination of the agreed letting period. It is an offence to throw anything from the balconies and will result in immediate eviction. Personal Injury & Loss – Gold Coast Holiday Services or anyone of it employees take no responsibility for any injury for the tenant and anyone the tenant has in the said property and common areas at any time during the tenancy and is the tenants responsibility. Personal property, damage’s, breakages, theft and loss of the tenant/tenants property and anyone else’s property within the said property are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay, Damages or breakage of the property and its contents during the tenant’s letting period is the tenant’s responsibility and costs of repairs and replacements will be charged to the tenant from credit card details provided. We do make every attempt to contact the tenant within 48 hours of departure however if the tenant is not contactable we reserve the right to process any payments required to cover loss, damage or extra cleaning as stated below. Departure – Apartment to be vacated by 9.30am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. If the property is not vacant by 9.30am and it has not been previously arranged in writing then a late checkout fee will apply. The late checkout fees are $50 per hour for every hour or part there of until it has been vacated. Keys are to be left in visible sight in the apartment upon departure of premises unless otherwise organized, failure to do so will incur loss of keys fee and misplaced callout fee as stated below combined at a fee of $250. Loss of keys attracts a $150 charge per set, with a $100 penalty for loss of time and coverage of our expenses in doing so. Garbage and any items not belonging to the property should be removed entirely from the property prior to your departure; an excess fee of $10 per standard bin liner bag applies. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and any other kitchen item/utensil are to be washed and returned to its original place and NOT left in the sink or dishwasher, an excess cleaning fee $25 per hour upwards applies. The oven must be left in the same condition as arrival, an excess cleaning fee of $50 applies. Any heavy soiling of any linen or bedding will be charged at replacement cost. Marking of curtains due to spillage and or any other form is charged at $180 per set. The apartment must be left in a similar condition to entry, an excess cleaning fee of $25 per hour will apply. An additional 2% will be added onto any extra charges to cover merchant fees for credit card processing. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. Pets are NOT allowed. Fire Alarms: Please be aware that if you set off the fire alarms a call our fee of up to $850 may be charged and payable by the guest/s responsible. Please use the range-hood when cooking and do not smoke inside the apartments or common indoor areas. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements in writing. You will also be asked to supply a credit card upon check-in for security purposes and asked to fill in a form pertaining to the entry Terms & Conditions. We reserve to right to terminate your tenancy should any of these above Terms and Conditions are not met.
