There are a plethora of bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and cinemas in Hawthorn and Camberwell! It is also very close to the city and is a very green, leafy area.
Oodles of public transportation is available. The 72 tram is 2 minutes from my door, the 70 and 75 trams are 5 minutes from my door and Camberwell Train Station is a 15 minute walk away.
