The manor house is a noble villa of 1840 set in a garden with old trees and olive groves. In the garden there is a pool of salt water (chlore-free) 1km from the town Noci.

The heart of Noci houses are whitewashed masonry and roofs are built with the "chiancarelle" limestone.

The Adriatic Sea is at 32km, while the Ionian Sea is at 37km. We are half way between the two seas and depending on the wind, you can choose the best beach. NOCI is really in a strategic position to visit the whole of Puglia, but also Matera with its beautiful and famous "Sassi" is only 56km.
