Laura do not communicate.
She arrives one hour earlier that check in time in our list description, with out any appointment or early notice. I feel awkward for her arrival but kindly hosted her to check the room, and then suggest her to the nearby Starbucks when we are preparing.
It seems that Laura take a lot for granted before reservation and get disappointed. I never listed access of kitchen, Fridge, Fan, TV, wall art or decor on my list, and I made clear the bed is IKEA Sofa bed, in list description. Though these are good feedbacks I try my best to improve the quality of stay. So I decided to add Fan, mini fridge to benefit future guests, and raise the daily rent rate accordingly.
Besides, I would be very happy to add more pillows upon client requests because actually I have enough storage. I stayed in the same house for 2 nights and proactively check with Laura how is the stay, and she said everything ok. Maybe she is too shy. Hope future guests can let me know earlier.
