Jaeyoung's place is very convenient. It is very near the subway (Jonggak Station Exits 10 or 12), the Airport Limousine 6002 stop (Jongno 2-ga Stop, about 13 stops from ICN) and a city bus stop just right outside the building. If you would want to take a taxi, fear not coz you could hail them easily when you get out of the building. There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes, dessert shop and 24H fastfood nearby. If you want Korean streetfood and other cute stuff, the Avenue of Youth just a few minutes out will definitely be a good idea. Once you step out of the elevator, you can definitely smell good barbecue grilling just around the corner. There is a convenience store (GS25) at the ground floor although there are also lots of other CVS choices nearby like CU, 7/11 and MiniStop. Stepping out of the buildng will get you to Cheonggyecheon stream directly where the longest ceramic wall art is. The place is walkable to major tourist areas like Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghwamun Plaza, Insadong, Bukchon Hanok Village, Changdeokgung, Deoksogung, City Hall, Jogyesa Temple, etc. The home and portable wifi worked for us fairly. The room size and beds were enough for 5 adults with big luggages. Home instructions are in English and can easily be understood. The view is really nice (I booked 2 rooms so we had both the highway and the Cheonggye views). The two elevators worked perfectly well the whole time even during late at night. Jaeyoung is easy to contact as well. Check in and out were so easy for us. Thanks Jaeyoung!
