It is unfortunate that someone would make false statements that insinuate something "uncomfortable" happening especially since I only had one meet and greet with this particular guest given that I had so much traveling during her stay.
I will only state facts to clarify the situation, if any of these facts are false, AirBnb is obliged to remove them:
1. She first misrepresented herself and attempted to book with her male friend's AirBnb account named "Ira"
2. In her initial story to me, she said she was currently living with her friend "Ira" but upon reviewing her profile it appears she was staying at another AirBnb.
3. She started hosting a 2nd guest that was not approved via AirBnb and didn't ask for permission prior to hosting the 2nd guest. I was out of town and informed that the guest was there for 5 to 6 days.
4. Lexi stated concerns about money and she agreed via AirBnb to keep up with cleaning her space, having me wave any cleaning fee. After she left and I was able to view the room, and then politely followed up via AirBnb if she was coming back to clean up after herself (as we had agreed upon) or if she was going to hire a maid. Soon after my AirBnb follow up message, she became hostile, used the word "uncomfortable," and then proceeded to write this negative review. Prior she seemed genuinely happy and content in all of our communication, she never once mentioned anything about being "uncomfortable" or unhappy.
