Located in pleasant street, this 2 bedroomed property is just two minutes' walk away from a sandy beach at Fairy Cove. Two minutes walk the other way are the harbour and the local shop (don’t miss the lovely local bread).
Around the harbour are plenty of restaurants and eateries and you can take boat trips for pleasure and fishing or join in other water based activities like wind surfing. Lovely glimpses of the sea are possible from two rooms.
A bright living room with comfortable sofa and easy chairs, large smart TV and dining area are complemented by free Wi-Fi access. There’s a separate kitchen dining room across the landing which looks out onto the street below that forms part of the South Devon Coast Path.
Walk south for 15 minutes and you’ll be on Goodrington sands (another half mile stretch of lovely pink Devon sand) and behind this the amazing Water Park – Splashdown Quaywest with it’s thrilling tyre, mat and body rides. Beyond this the path will take you along the cliffs to Churston Ferrers with it’s Go-Kart Track and to Galmpton for Agatha Christie themed tours.
From this very convenient holiday home base, families, couples and groups of up to 4 people will be perfectly placed to enjoy a classic ‘English Riviera’ stay.
If you want to leave the car behind for a stress free time then this is the place for you. Paignton Pier and the lovely half mile beach, the Vue cinema and Pirate Crazy Golf, together with the town centre and main line railway station are all within 15 minutes walk. Right next to the mainline station is the South Devon Steam Railway where you can catch a train to Dartmouth. (You’ll hear the whistles from the house!).
Torquay with many shops and other facilities is minutes away by bus or car. Don’t miss the amazing Living Coasts wild life park, and if you like nature, Paignton has its own award winning zoo too. There are several local theatres and cinemas where you’ll be able to see the latest shows and films. Co-Co’s strategic setting also places guests within easy distance of pretty Shaldon, the sailing and water sport clubs along the River Teign the attractions of Brixham and Totnes and South Devon’s lovely cliffs and rivers.
Whatever the weather in this 2 bed three-storey mews house you’ll find classic holiday fun! There are games, books and puzzles to enjoy. On the ground floor is a second sitting room, with a piano and table football.
In the carport at the rear of the property table tennis can be found. The carport allows you to unload in the dry and has hanging facilities to dry washing and wet suits. It’s somewhere to store your outdoor equipment too, with lugs on the wall to secure it to.
This year-round gas centrally heated holiday offers on the 2nd floor:-
• Two nice clean bedrooms. One with a comfortable king size bed with pocket sprung mattress. The other bedroom has two single beds also with pocket sprung mattresses. From this room you can glimpse the sea and - if you’re tall enough - most of Torbay and Paignton Pier.
• A modern fitted bathroom that has a low sided easy entry bath, with shower over, a wash hand basin and toilet.
The first floor has:-
• A bright and spacious 1st floor living area furnished with a fabric sofa and armchair, coffee table and easy chair. Also a large Smart TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi access, Hi-Fi with aux connection for your own music. There’s a large table for eating or games too.
• A spacious kitchen/diner with charming street scene views and glimpses of the sea. Fully-equipped with an electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave and kettle, accompanied by all the must-have cooking utensils and crockery.
The ground floor has:-
• A games and music room with piano, guitar, table football and sofa.
• A downstairs toilet and cloakroom with a washer dryer.
• The carport with drying rack and table tennis.
• Ironing facilities
• Use of a bicycle taken out under your own care and responsibility.

Guests are also a 5 minutes walk away from Paignton Pier and Paignton Beach (for boat trips, water sports, swimming and surfing). Local attractions within a 30 minutes drive away also include Babbacombe beach, the Homeyard’s Botanical
Gardens, the resort of Teignmouth, Living Coasts, Torre Abbey Historical House and Gardens, Cockington Country Park, the Agatha Christie Mile, Kents Cavern and the breath taking Dartmoor National Park.

Getting to Co-Co
Paignton has its own mainline railway station and local and national bus station 15 minutes walk from Co-Co Beach House.
Exeter Airport offers regional and international links and can be reached in around 45 minutes.
By car the new South Devon link road has much improved journey times at peak times.
Guests have access to the whole property to enjoy and make theirs for their stay.
