This stunning 1 bedroom apartment has just undergone a full refurbishment and is on the ground floor with a private south facing terrace.

On the favoured South side of Harrogate, M&S foodhall nearby & a 10 min walk to Harrogate. It has great transport links to York and Leeds. 1 King size bed with patio doors leading to the private sun terrace. Kitchen/living room, luxury marble bathroom with underfloor heating and jacuzzi bath.

This apartment has the equipment to cook a gourmet meal, relax in a luxurious jacuzzi bath or have a few drinks with friends before retreating to the king size bed overlooking the private south facing terrace.

Sainsbury's is only 50 yards over the road and M and S foodhall is 2 minutes walk away.

The apartment has plantation shutters throughout for utmost privacy and a Nespresso coffee machine with free pods.

There is plenty of free street parking outside the property. Immediately outside is free disc parking for an hour until 6pm. After this it is unlimited until the following morning. It is all day free parking 20 metres further down the road towards Oatlands tyres garage.

Easy access to the property is gained via the key box outside. The code for this will be sent prior to arrival. Please note this code is changed for each arrival. You can arrive at a time to suit you!

Our goal is to give you a great experience. If you need us for anything during your stay please let us know. The housekeeper lives around the corner so we are extremely attentive and can provide extra towels etc usually within the hour.

This apartment does not have a washing machine, although there is a laundrette nearby if needed. We supply basic cooking equipment to make a gourmet meal.

4 towels (please ask us for more if needed)

Cutlery including can opener, fish slice, sharp knife, cork screw.
Serving bowls

We also supply a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods. Colours are :- Green - lungo, Black - intense, Brown classic.

Should you have any special requests please let us know prior to arrival. We do not supply cooking ingredients such as oils, sauces etc.

We can be flexible with check in/out times... just let us know.

The sleeping arrangements consist of a King size bed, single sofa bed and single camp bed.

It's a beautiful flat, done to a high standard and everything looks high spec. Getting in was easy and everything was easy to work out I.e. Cooker, heating, shower. It was a twenty minute walk into Harrogate centre, and the walk on the main road is pretty lovely with stunning buildings and a lovely park. There's a Sainsbury's next door, and an M&S and some other shops near by. It was a brilliant location for us, as we didn't mind walking in and out. We suggested it could do with having four plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery, as there were things missing. It would have been a really great space for two people, but it is a squeeze for four people. Particularly as two people can stay in a comfy bed, and two people are on a couch and a camp bed which isn't the comfiest. But everything we needed was there and it was only two nights.

Could not fault this great little pad It was warm and cosy !! Very comfy bed and was in a super location. If you are considering a Harrogate stay TOMS place will definitely not disappoint. Lisa and derek

Awesome stay in a clean and stylish apartment. It was wonderful to come back to a cosy home after a busy day out; a perfect space to relax and unwind. Parking was free and no issue. The area was safe and clean. We used the local Sainsbury’s and Marks and Spencer’s food hall for some breakfast bits. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a superb stay :-)

Lovely stylish apartment, located beside a Sainsbury's Local so easy to get supplies when you arrive. Free parking just seconds away down street or around corner but free at the door overnight. Would definitely stay again!

Expensive - I ended up paying £126, with no breakfast. Poor instructions for key box

Tom's place is just as pictured in its listing: very modern and chic, spotlessly clean and containing everything you need in a compact, well laid out space. The tiny fenced yard at the back with table and two chairs would be delightful on a warm summer evening. (Less so in October) Also very convenient to have 2 food stores and 3 take aways within a 2 minute walk! What more could you ask? Note: if like me you check out places you're thinking of staying on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Street View, you might (again like me) have some difficulty here. The current Street View pictures were taken before the building was updated inside AND out, so look nothing like the current facade. In Street View it's the somewhat down-and-out looking place between Hair of the Dog and Julie's. The photo in the listing is what it looks like now.
