We have a spacious double en suite bedroom for rent in our 5 bedroom duplex sunny Penthouse. We are close to Haymarket tram and train station, Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, Fountain Park cinema complex. The room consist of a comfy double bed with built in wardrobe and en suite shower room. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. A single fold up bed is available on request with an extra charge of £15.
For rent we have a lovely double bedroom with en suite bathroom in a shared Apartment. Our lovely large duplex Apartment is bright and spacious. It has 4 large patio doors leading on to balconies overlooking the city and with a view to Edinburgh castle. It is situated in the West End close to the Haymarket and also overlooks Murrayfield Rugby Stadium.
Just 7-10 minutes walk from Haymarket railway and tram station. The surrounding area has many places to eat and a public pool only a minutes walk away.
Haymarket has many restaurants and main transport links. Princes Street (West End) is only 20 minutes walk away, as is the Grassmarket and other areas in central Edinburgh.

There is so much to see in the famous City of Edinburgh the Capital of Scotland!
This mysterious city is full of historic buildings, places of interest, museums, galleries, theatres, cinemas, culturally enriching experiences, sporting venues, underground city, theatrical events & literary tours. It is also amazing in the summer during the Edinburgh Festival. It is so easy to take half day trips to a multitude of interesting surrounding places, as the Lochness Lake attraction and general areas of historic note, as well as day trips up to the Highlands from Edinburgh.
It is definitely worth to visit!!
Tram to Airport takes approx. 30 min. from Haymarke Station.
Walking into Princess Street and city centre takes about 20 min.
Getting to our Penthouse holiday apartment could not be easier it is located 5 min walk from Haymarket Train and Tram station. Airport link 100 takes you from Airport to Haymarket Station.

Cheap flights: Ryan Air, Jet2, Fly be Easy jet from most main cities world wide.
Location: good public transport link to city centre. Several busses which takes you into several parts of the city. Bus from Haymarket to Portobello beach takes around 45 minutes.
Metered bays on road: charges apply Mon-Sat 08:30-18:30 (free outside those hours)

Haymarket is west end's popular destination and is home to a number of restaurants offering cuisines such as Indian, Continental, French, Italian, Sea food to name a few. Princes Street is a just a few minutes' walk. Alternatively, there are frequent bus and tram services that will take you in to the heart of Edinburgh.
Once in the city center, you can go into a variety of old school pubs in Rose Street or contemporary modern day pubs on George Street. Hanover Street, Fredrick Street and other streets have a large number of restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy food and drinks.
Our favourite place in Edinburgh is the Old town. Grassmarket is the centre of Old town and is about 25 minutes walk from our apartment - approximately 1.2 miles. Grassmarket is as exciting as it provides a number of pubs and restaurants.
Taxi to or from the airport will cost between £15 to £20. Single journey on the Tram from the Airport is £5 (return £8) and AirLink 100 bus service is £4.50 (return £7.50). If you are looking for cheaper transfer option from the airport the Lothian bus service number 35 serves the city centre and beyond (Ocean terminal). Single ticket on this service is £1.60 and day ticket is £4.
To travel within Edinburgh, there are frequent bus and tram services run by Lothian Transport. Bus stop closest to us when coming from city is Caledonian Village and if you want to take a bus into city, the closest stop is Springwell Place. A single journey in a bus or tram costs £1.60 at present. A day ticket is £4 (no return ticket option available). Cheap taxi services are also available.
For travelling outside of Edinburgh, the apartment is only half a mile or 10 minutes walk to the Haymarket train station. From the Haymarket bus stop you can get inter city buses (Citylink or Megabus) to a number of destinations.
