Perched on the top floor of a neat, well run and secure apartment building in the neighbourhood of Gardens, this north facing, tastefully decorated studio apartment, with SECURE BASEMENT PARKING, UNCAPPED FIBRE INTERNET & AppleTV/Netflix is sure to make your stay in Cape Town all the more pleasant.
The studio is quiet with garaged parking right in the centre of town; close to Long and Kloof streets and within walking distance to the CTICC. The apartment is sunny and warm even in winter.
Ideally situated for those who want to explore the oldest part of Cape Town on foot: it lies across the road from the Dutch East India Company Gardens and its National Natural History Museum, Art Gallery, Planetarium and Library. 5 minutes from the Slave Lodge or the Greenmarket Square, 10 minutes from the Cape Castle, and just around the corner from vibrant Long & Kloof streets. There is a hop-on, hop-off tourist bus stop across the road and the My Citi busroute is around the corner.
Did you know that St Martini Gardens was designed by Pius Pahl, the last architect to qualify at the Bauhaus, Germany’s revolutionary and influential design academy? Pahl moved to Stellenbosch in the 1950s after marrying his South African wife. He started his own practice and received many awards locally and internationally for his work.
The apartment is on the 9th (Top) floor (with elevator access) of a secure apartment block with 24 hour security, intercom, doorman and a full-time building manager.
Guests will have the apartment to themselves.

Born and Bred in the Eastern Cape, South Africa with a passion for design, my dream was always to be an architect. This dream became a reality when I started my studies in Port Elizabeth and furthered them into my Masters at Ramon Llull (La Salle) University in Barcelona. Living and studying in Barcelona opened my eyes to the world and the travel bug bit. I traveled outside of Barcelona every opportunity I got. I now work for an Internationally acclaimed architecture firm in the South African Equivalent of Europe, Cape Town. I look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world to my articulated top floor city pad.
