The cedar shingled cottage, nestled in one acre of trees, is one of the original holiday houses ("cribs") built in Warrington during the mid twentieth century.
Designed by a Dunedin architect in the early 1950's as his family holiday home, the house has been owned and loved by three generations of the same family. The living room is lined with original plywood. In keeping with the character of the design a recent renovation has been completed this includes a double glazed master bedroom which is airy and light plus a new bathroom and modernised kitchen.

This is a very small bedroom and more suitable for children. The bunk room has a built in desk with a view out to the trees.

Jeremy and I have recently returned to New Zealand after living overseas for the past twenty years. We are loving living back in our homeland and are thrilled that we can offer guests a taste of NZ when they stay at our holiday home in Warrington.
