Located in Via Urbana, in the super central Monti district, 1 min from Cavour Metro and a 5 min walk from the Coliseum. 1 floor above street level, very quiet. Designed by architects who worked for Armani and Versace. A mix of modern and elegant design, Italian craftsmanship and Roman history (antique walls and paintings from the 17th century restored). A/C, WiFi, smart TV with free Netflix, closet-kitchen, espresso machine and shower with vertical SPA system. Two bikes included!
4 reasons to choose this apartment:
1) The central position will allow you to walk everywhere in the historical center of Rome (Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Quirinale, Trevi Fountain, ...) with no need of taxi or public transportation (anyway the metro Cavour stop is 1 minute walking and Termini Central Train Station is 10 minute walking away);
2) The interior design comfortable, functional and elegant combining modern and antique;
3) The services offered (daily cleaning, bikes, A/C, smart TV with Netflix and many other ones) and the availability and courtesy of Salvatore (the host);
4) Competitive prices compared to other accommodations with an equivalent offer.
The apartment is 1 floor above street level (no elevator), in a very quiet building of 17th century. It is divided into three spaces: living area with closet-kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom.
The apartment is brand new (end of restructuring in September 2016) and is equipped with every comfort. Air-conditioned building, Wi-Fi, phone line, smart TV with free Netflix. Kitchen with combined oven, electric espresso coffee. Bed with wooden base and a shower with vertical SPA system. The guests will have also at their disposal - for free - 2 bikes to enjoy the city in freedom!
The interior design was developed by Dilber & Stolfi, the architectural firm that designed for Armani and Versace stores in New York and Bejiing. Through the creative genius of Davide Stolfi, the choice of excellent materials (Ariostea), handmade craftsman furniture (Furniture Bertini) together with designer brands' furniture (Kartell Milano, Elica, Elleci, Foster), we have tried to transform the interior of the apartment into a manifesto of style, elegance and luxury “made in Italy”.
Last but not the least, during the refurbishment works of the apartments, we have discovered original walls from the 17th century and we have decided to preserve and restore them together with some original paintings that you will have the possibility to admire.
Check in time is from 1 PM to 4PM unless the guests have agreed with the host a different check in time.
If the apartment is ready before 1PM, the check in can also be anticipated; in any case if you need to leave your luggage in custody, we will help you.
In case of change of flight plans, delays, strikes, etc, the arrival time variation shall be immediately reported to the host, otherwise it can create problems for your check in.
Every guest must provide a valid identity document to be recorded as established by the law. So, we will not accept people without documents. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Ciao! I'm Salvatore, I am 40 years old and I'm from Rome. I work as a journalist in an Italian newspaper, I have a 3-years-old baby and various interests: photo-video making, music, painting, design and trips. I discovered Airbnb time ago because I took care of the apartment of my best friend, who was currently living abroad for work :)
