This secluded, fully self-contained, 2 bedroom guest house is a free standing cabin with separate entrance which backs onto a reserve of trees that meet the sky & play host to an array of birds, flora & fauna. Although quiet & peaceful, you are only minutes’ drive to beautiful beaches, plenty of great eateries, shops, entertainment & night life. In addition to the 2 main bedrooms, for extra beds there are 2 single deck lounges (makes a sml dbl) + 2 single camp beds comfy for small children only.
During your stay please make yourselves comfortable and to ensure we can offer you and other quests the same comfy stay all we ask is that you leave it as clean and tidy as you found it please.
The cabin is cosy, well-appointed and comfortably fits 4. If you are travelling with more (up to 6), such as a family with children or friends, it would be comfortable to share the space for a short stay. Please note: Our guest house is listed as 'no parties/no events/no visitors as they have not been through the Airbnb booking requirements. Due to the size of the cabin and the close proximity to our home and neighbours, please be respectful of our shared tranquillity and quiet neighbourhood by adhering to "Quiet time after 10pm", thank you.
Important! This accommodation is NOT suitable for people who are frail on their feet as the descending wooden deck leading to the entrance is difficult for those using walking aids and/or are uneasy on their feet (sorry, not suitable for wheelchairs). There are 2 small steps up into the master bedroom and the same height again to step into the shower as it has a small tub at the base of the shower unit about 2 tiles high. Although the tub can be used as a small bath tub for toddlers/small children, it would be difficult for some while trying to steady themselves when lifting legs to step in and out of the shower especially when wet! We take no responsibility as your safety is your own responsibility. Public safety rules apply when using the pool area also. Please refer to pics and phone us prior to booking if you are travelling with someone frail footed/elderly), thank you.
Louise and Paul are a well travelled family both nationally and internationally. We love travelling, meeting new people and discovering new places. Being travelling professionals has also meant we have each spent different periods of time away from home so we know that finding a place which is a little more homely than a hotel room is a welcomed alternative. As hosts, we provide a stay that is welcoming, yet private at the same time. We love retreating at the end of our day to our little oasis and know you will too, so we look forward to welcoming you soon.
