My place is centrally located, with easy access to mountain adventures and city life. Between Denver and Golden, you're well positioned to experience all the West Denver area has to offer. The furnished private room and garage spot are good for solo adventurers, couples, business travelers, & Fido.
15-20 min to downtown Denver, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater; hiking, biking, and rock climbing destinations within 10 min - 1 hour; 3 min to St. Anthony's Hospital; walk to the LightRail station.
The private bedroom is open and light, with a walk-in closet, en suite vanity & sink, and is attached to the shared full bathroom. The living space on the main floor includes fireplace, full kitchen, and another bathroom. It opens onto green space, perfect for taking the dog out. Downstairs are the washer & dryer, iron & small ironing board, and a spot in the garage for you!
The space isn't set up for kids (no toys, cot, etc.), but talk to me and we can likely make something work if needed.
You have open access to the kitchen, including space in the fridge and coffee (french press) and tea. I often have breakfast items available, so please tell me if anyone has allergies I should know about!
In addition to the house itself, the town home complex offers two pool areas, a tennis court, and even a communal grilling courtyard for your use.
Общение с гостями
I aim to emulate my favorite hosts--those ones who welcome you in, show you where everything is, offer up maps and area advice, leave you free to do your thing, and then look forward to hearing about your adventures later.
I'm happy to offer up what information I can to help your trip, and can recommend and have the guide books for most of the local climbing areas, as well as hiking. I sometimes work from home, but am used to having folks around when I do so. My dog loves other dogs, but may be shy around people.
Whether I'm here or not, I'll email you a more detailed note about the house, as well as leave a copy for you upon your arrival.

There is a dog in the house, so those with allergies may not be happy here.
The house isn't set up for kids or infants, but contact me and we can likely work something out if needed.
Dogs who are house-trained and dog- and people-friendly are welcome. You are responsible for cleaning up after them outside.

I teach at a University, which means during school breaks I can work from anywhere and I take full advantage of it! When not on longer trips, most weekends, I'm out camping and climbing with friends. I grew up in Colorado, and enjoy making the most of living here.
When staying close to home, my dog Abbey and I are generally out exploring with friends - rock climbing, hiking, and even skiing a bit. Quite literally, my travel bag is always half-packed :)
For me, AirBnB offers a unique opportunity to get an insider's view when visiting new places.
