Double bedroom with large wardrobe in elegant, bright and well equipped flat, literally a few steps away from shops, bars, restaurants, transports, museums and touristic sites.
My flat is located just in front of the Gran Vía metro station, with a view on the calle de la Montera. 30 meters away from Chueca and Malasaña, 3 minutes walk away from Puerta del Sol and 10 minutes walk away from Plaza Mayor y el Parque del Retiro. The bedroom is ideal for couples, people travelling alone or professionals.
You will love its perfect location as well as its elegance, brightness and ergonomics. Its well equipped open-plan kitchen will allow you to prepare food and drinks while talking with people sitting in the living room. You will also find a videoprojector for quiet evenings sitting in the sofa and watching movies on its large white wall. From the balcony, you can enjoy an exceptional view on calle de la Montera and Gran Vía.
Metro, Bicimad municipal bikes, shops, terraces and restaurants can be found just in front of the doorstep. 30 meters away, go enjoy Chueca and Malasaña, the two best neighbourhoods in Madrid for arts, live music and nights out. If you go down calle Mayor, you will reach the magnificent Plaza Mayor, where you can eat and drink at its terraces or simply admire this very special place.
The flat has a lift, a WiFi connection with very fast fibre (the Internet provider's building is across the street), a washing machine, a dishwasher, videoprojector, air conditioning and heating.
You will stay in the double room, in which I usually sleep. Mi flatmate Silvia sleeps in the smaller room and she is very friendly.
Общение с гостями
I will be available on the phone and if you need anything, my flatmate will be able to help you out.
Другие важные подробности
We need to be respectful towards the neighbours but the noise is usually never a problem, since people can't hear what happens in other flats, even when someone puts music. Small parties can be organized if no one makes any noise on the doorstep or in the stairs (this point is important) and the music is turned down to a lower volume after 1am (on week days) or 3am (during week-ends).
I have been living in Madrid since January and I work here as a professional translator and guitar teacher.
I enjoy a lot discovering new cultures and people (been travelling a lot in the past 2 years).
I am here in Madrid to create a school of guitar where students can express themselves fully and learno how to make a living through their art.
