The Apartment is self catering&self-servicing, non-smoking, free Cable TV, Free Wifi, and consists of 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, separate lounge with double sleeper couch (pull-out sofa bed), equipped open-plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom.


The extremely popular The Centurion All-Suite Hotel Holiday Apartment ResortTM in buzzing & upcoming cosmopolitan central Sea Point / Three Anchor Bay (1km to 3km from Cape Town & the V&A Waterfront & the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium) is 10 storeys high, north-facing, next to shops & restaurants and one block (3-minute walk) from the beach/promenade/playpark/jogging track, and the in-house facilities include a large sheltered sparkling sunny swimming pool with sea views, reception, 24-hr security & 24-hr concierge, passenger & goods lifts, hairdresser & parking bays under cover.

The Apartments are 3-Star quality (not grading), semi-modern, pleasant, spacious, self-servicing&self-catering, non-smoking, have TV with free M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV"), Free Wifi, have very good sea & mountain views, and each consists of 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, separate lounge with double sleeper couch (pull-out sofa bed), fully equipped self-catering open-plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom with bathtub & overhead shower. Furnished in uncluttered minimalist style.

Apartment 201 on Level 2 is 4 floors above ground level. The bedroom & lounge have west views of Lion's Head mountain, Fresnaye suburb & Sea Point suburb and views of the sea on the right. The lounge also has a north-facing window with excellent front sea view.

Breakfast (extra R30 per person) & other meals are available at many restaurants next to the building.

Free M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV") & Free Wifi.

As the website allows us to display only one type of bed, please note that the unit contains one queen-size real bed in bedroom and one double pull-out sofa in lounge.

The promotional low daily rates vary from $55 to $210, depending on which season.

They include parking, but exclude meals, heating (optional extra $5p.d. per heater), daily servicing & refundable Damage/Security Deposit (approximately $100) payable to Airbnb.

They apply for a stay of minimum 5 nights. Shorter stays are subject to surcharge on daily rate. (Surch. for only 4 nights = +10%, 3 nights = +20%, 2 nights = +30%, 1 night = +40%)

Notwithstanding the AirBnb default clause reading “Extra people:$16/night after 3 guests” elsewhere on this listing, it is hereby superceded by the following policy : The promotional low daily rates include for 2 adults in bedroom & 1 child under 13 or 1 adult on sleeper couch in lounge, thereafter surcharge applies on daily rate. (Surch. per extra adult = +34%, per extra child = +17%)

Children of 13 years and older, are classed as adults.

The unit is self-servicing, i.e. it is not serviced daily by us. Cleaning & new towels/linen is done by us before check-in & after checkout only.

Our company manages Apartments in 9 diverse buildings in Cape Town.

Check-in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at), is from 4pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day) at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

Checking out is very convenient for you and us, as it simply involves you leaving the key/remote etc. in the apartment and shutting the front door.

Directions for checking in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at) : From N1 or N2 national roads or from airport to our main Reception office address (Nr 1 Frere Road, Sea Point) at The Centurion All-Suite HotelTM, corner of Main Rd & Frere Rd (above "KFC", in same block as “Clicks” & "Pick 'n Pay", on same corner as "Cafe Sofia"), Sea Point, Cape Town :

Follow national road signs to "Cape Town". As soon as you enter Cape Town, follow road signs to "Sea Point". When you see the ocean on your right, you will be on Beach Rd, from which you turn left into Rocklands Road, straight across Main Rd into Frere Rd past "Cafe Sofia" on the left-hand corner and drive into the first driveway on your right.

Please come to the main external reception which is on the short passage between the pavement and the tower of the building, not inside the tower, and check in only with Vassi or his assistant Vicky.

Should you encounter damaged or missing items among the above, or damage to any other surface in the apartment, it must be reported to us within two hours of checking in.

Great block to stay in. Safe and private. Location offers a variety of options in most things I needed. Didn't have to walk far to get anything, including transport.

We met Vicky who works for Vassi - she is very helpful at all times and assisted us with various requests. We stayed in room 201 which was OK. It has excellent water pressure and 2 ceiling fans with comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. We would return again. The pool was lovely and easily available. The outside surroundings can be a bit noisy at times with loiterers. Easy access to shops, internet, and great restaurants.

Hi Alten, as i explained you when you came to check-in, we had to move you to another apartment on a higher floor (apartment 609), as the we were dealing with some problems with the apartment that you booked (apartment 201). Both apartments have the same size and the same concept. Vicky

The stay was great. The apartment was clean and well located. Vassi was responsive and flexible in sorting our arrangements. I would be happy to stay in this property again.

Apartment was very clean and Vassi and his team were very helpful. The location was good and felt safe during the day. We did not walk around the area at night, we took a taxi to V&A waterfront which was a very quick and easy trip. We were able to walk to 2 different nearby stops on the red Cape Town bus tour which I would highly recommend. They were very helpful and accommodating for our check in as one of the members in our group arrived early and on her own. They were able to let her in early (only because the apartment was open the night before) and were overall very helpful and accommodating.
