As you enter, you will find a bedroom on your left and another one on your right, they both have en suite bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub) and flat screen televisions as well as modern, cosy decorations. Further down the hallway, you will find the last two bedrooms on the first floor. The first one has a double bed and a single bed, also with an en suite bathroom. The second one has a bunk bed and is suited for children. Four of the total five bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the remaining one on the second floor, which provides two single beds or if you prefer one double bed. The first floor ends in a stylishly arranged chill-out area with open roof to the third floor.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining (URL HIDDEN) living room has a large couch as well as two, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV and fireplace. The kitchen has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Here, you will also find a balcony with a view of the quiet street and the private pool area.
On the third floor the open area is lit up by the sunlight through the open-and-closable panorama-windows. Facilities, such as table football, bar, music system, various chairs and of course the large couch, all contribute to creating the perfect chill-out environment. Not to mention the spectacular view from the large terrace. Grab a glass, fill it with whatever you like, lie down on the couch and enjoy the Catalan sun setting behind the mountains in the distance.

According to the European regulations (directive on 2011/83/EU) on consumer rights, accommodation contracts do not have the right to withdrawal. Art. 16 (l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive contracts relating to the provision of accommodation are exempted from the right of withdrawal if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Guests will be required to sign a reservation contract
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS - Once the reservation has been made, the client will provide the personal data of all the guests (name, gender, date of birth, identity card / passport number and nationality). We will provide this personal data to the National Police in order to comply with the Article 12.1 of the Organic Law 1/1992 about the protection of citizen security.
The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax
On bookings where you have paid the security deposit through an external payment platform, CBA will ask the person making the booking for their credit card details.
On entering the property, you have 8 hours to report any incident that you consider relevant. Once this has been exceeded, CBA will assume that the property is in perfect condition.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
All debris, rubbish and discards are taken and thrown into the municipal rubbish bins, dishes are cleaned and stored in cupboards, dishwasher is empty, fridge freezer is empty and clean, sheets and towels are folded and left at end of each bed, surfaces and floors are clean.
All keys are left IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION and PROPERTY is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or towels are lost, stained or damaged.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
BREAKAGES - You will be expected to pay for any breakages and these should be reported to the owner of the property
Arrival between 19.00hrs and 21.00hrs. We do not accept arrivals later then 21.00hrs
Pets are not permitted
