We live 15 minutes away. We like to greet our guests and get them settled in, but then leave them alone during their stay. We are usually available to drop by to help with anything that might come up.
The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Please observe a 10PM "quiet time" while enjoying the backyard BBQ area.
I'm an energetic and friendly Artisan in his late forties. My Wife, Violet, and I own a 1938, newly renovated house in a great neighborhood in Portland Oregon.
When we get to travel, we like to go with a very loose schedule. It gives us a chance to take our time and soak up each location before we move on.
Violet is an internet programmer, and I renovate on old houses here in Portland.
If you would like to see some photos of my work, including some of our house, they ;-)
