Hi Oksana, thank you for leaving the apartment clean and for your detailed review! I am sorry that you waited. To be fair, though, the difficulties with the codes would not have had any impact on your stay if you had not tried to retrieve the key 60 min earlier than you said you would arrive. At the agreed check-in time of 2 pm which is also the earliest time to check in unless discussed before, I was available and solved the occurring problem in less than 5 min. I guess your transfer from the airport to the city was faster than expected and I do understand that losing an unexpected won hour is annoying.
I would also like to allay a potential doubt concerning one aspect you mention in your review: Yes, there is just one key for the main entrance and the door of the flat (also the post box). However, this does not mean that everybody who has a key for the main entrance can enter my flat. I have been asked this several times and just want to prevent misunderstandings to happen. You can enter the apartment only with the key made just for this apartment. My neighbors also have just one key which opens the main entrance, the door of their flat and their post box. They cannot enter my flat but only their one! I hope the fact that there is only one key did not produce any unnecessary feeling of being unsafe!
There is also another aspect I would like to clarify which arises due to the inaccurate internet translation I suppose: In the German translation it sounds like the toilette was on the main corridor of the house and outside of my flat. This is not the case!! Bath room and toilette are separate but both IN the apartment.
These points aside, I hope you had a wonderful time in Vienna and in my apartment. You are very much welcome again any time!
