I've lived in the beautiful small town of Linlithgow for 25 years. It's on the 'Outlander Trail' and is very close to Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow and Stirling. My house is a 5 minute walk to the train station and the High Street where you'll find Linlithgow Palace, the Loch, shops, restaurants, cafes, and tourist information. The M9 motorway is a short drive away and Linlithgow is just 20 minutes from the airport. The house is bright and has lovely views of the town and surrounding countryside.
This small double room is light and fresh, and has been recently decorated. There is a double bed, a set of drawers, a bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe. The shared bathroom is next to the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, internet and continental breakfast are included in the price.
Guests are provided with a key to the front door, so you can come and go as you please. You can use the kitchen to make tea/coffee and have breakfast, and you also have access to the dining area and back garden.
Parking is free, on the road.

I am friendly and hospitable and would like you to feel at home and have a pleasant stay. There are a lot of visitor attractions in Linlithgow and the surrounding area so I would be happy to give you information on things to do while you're here.
If you would also like to be picked up from the airport or railway station please let me know.
Другие важные подробности
Please let me know if you need collecting from the station or the airport. The station is just down the road, and I would suggest a donation of £15 for an airport pick-up or drop-off.
This is a non smoking house but you're welcome to light up in the back garden.
No parties or loud noise. Please respect and enjoy my home and neighbourhood. Please be very quiet in my house between 11 pm and 7 am.
Please take off shoes at the front door.
For the comfort and security of guests and neighbours, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Breakfast is provided: muesli, porridge, cornflakes, fruit, toast, juice, tea/coffee. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare hot/cold drinks or heat up food. Please wash the dishes and keep the kitchen tidy.
You're welcome to bring back takeaway food and I'd appreciate it if you could eat in the kitchen/dining area and not the bedroom.
Hi, my name is Kate and I would describe myself as an eternal optimist. I like meeting new people and having a laugh. I spend my free time walking, reading and listening to music (all kinds - rock, easy listening, classical). And I love going to the cinema, anything from period dramas to Quentin Tarantino..
