This desirable end unit sleeps 8 and features shared access to 2 spas, a heated swimming pool, sauna, seasonal tennis courts, and coin laundry facilities. Situated just steps to Vons market, shops, restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley, and the free town shuttle, this condo is conveniently located for your perfect mountain getaway!

Entry is on the second level where you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with table seating for 6, plus 3 stools at the kitchen bar. From the comfortable living room, you'll enjoy a private balcony overlooking the pool, and featuring a high output 6 burner BBQ and partial views of the Sherwin Mountain range. After grilling up dinner, kick back in front of the cozy and fully remodeled pellet fireplace while watching the 42" Flat-screen TV with provided cable service and Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player, along with iPhone-ready Harman Kardon sound bar audio. After a long day on the slopes or a summer hike, break out one of the many provided board games to relax with the whole family. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower.

Downstairs, on the first floor, you'll find a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and 32" flat-screen TV with Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player, as well as an additional guest bedroom offering a pair of comfortable twin beds, flat screen TV & Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player. This room has direct access to the private ground floor patio that leads to the pool area. In addition, this level has a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The third-level loft sleeps four, with a comfortable bunk bed (twin over twin) as well as an additional twin bed with twin trundle pull- out . There is also a 32" flat-screen TV with Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player and a convenient vanity with sink. This non-smoking unit has two exterior parking spaces (unassigned) and free, private wireless internet access. Note that due to the multi-level design of this unit, it is not appropriate for handicapped access. In addition, the stairs to the loft bedroom are somewhat steeper than usual. This place was perfect for the eight of us! Very comfortable beds with tons of pillows, cozy comforters and blankets. Board games are a wonderful touch.

This guest called the day before her arrival and wanted a full refund or wanted us to move her reservation to a future date- both of which are against AirBnB cancellation policy, and both of which would have cost us a lot of money by leaving the unit empty on a busy ski weekend. Diane just didn't seem to understand that when you book a place, you have taken the property off the market and have made a commitment. This also prevented others from booking it. We can't just give up those dates, leave the property empty, and lose the planned revenue just because your plans changed. Insisting that we should, shows that she is very inconsiderate of property owners/managers. We explained the policy to her, but she would not accept no for an answer. She emailed and called repeatedly and was very aggressive. We did our best to remain polite but her insistence turned into harassment, we finally referred her to AirBnB and never heard from her again. We have been in business 11 years and have great reviews. You just can't make everyone happy. In the end she did use the place, and we heard no complaints during her stay. The property is advertised exactly as it is and the price she paid is the going rate in Mammoth for a 2+loft that sleeps this many people during this time of year. We also operate several very high end homes that are fully remodeled, and their rates are also higher, commensurate with the level of upgrade for the property. Diane never contacted us during her stay to request help or report cleaning problems, she never gave us an opportunity to solve any issues she may have had. All of our properties have information on how to contact us 24/7 in the unit. We certainly would have addressed any problems had she given us the chance.

Megan is on top of it. Every time I would message her she would respond promptly! I really appreciated that. The location was great. Close to market, restaurants and slopes. We actually walked one day to the awesome brewery in mammoth which was doable and great scenery. We found everything we needed in Megan's condo. The only thing is we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy more for the 8 of us who stayed We all had a great time and the condo was very homely! We were so happy she had a BBQ on the patio to cook some good food. Overall, we had a great experience at Megan's place and I would love to go back!
