We are oceanfront, facing the southern sun and the western sunsets, with steps down the the water and hot tub. Oh yes! Pretty spectacular whether during warm days of summer or storm season with breakers crashing on the rocks. View photos above left.

This bedroom has a staying-in-a-treehouse effect that has a double bunk bed topped by a single. It's very private.
The north facing Ardan Room looks out at a landscaped garden with a five-foot high indigenous cedar carving in view. The lower double bed is equipped with an in-mattress heating pad and the room has its own silent heater.
Both beds have individual reading lamps and ample outlets to charge your devices. Of course towels, hangars and shelves are provided for your use.
There is a one-piece composting toilet nearby just out the door (clean and convenient), as well a full shared (and very clean) bathroom with shower across the house.
There is a door code for the front door. The on site manager or owner will answer any questions that you may have and help you plan your memorable Salt Spring visit! It is advisable to bring a vehicle as the property is very close the Vesuvius Ferry Terminal but about 30 minute drive away from the Long Harbour or Fulford Ferry Terminals. We are only 10 minutes away from Ganges Village that has gas stations, shopping, restaurants and bars.

OMG, almost forgot to mention that breakfast (the second "b" in Airbnb) is included! It's simple and self-serve - coffee, cereals or toast and eggs.
Did you see the photo of the adjoining kitchenette? It has a sink with dishes, cutlery, etc, mini fridge, toaster oven, kettle, hot plate and coffee maker. For the cool season, the lower bed is equipped with in-mattress heating pad and the room has its own silent heater.
Both beds have very comfy duvets, lots of pillows, individual reading lamps and ample outlets to charge your devices. Of course towels, hangars and shelves are provided for your use.

The premises are non smoking but smoking is permissible on the deck. There is a gate near the front of the driveway that must be kept closed once you drive or walk through. This is a quiet neighbourhood. Absolutely no outside noise after 11:00 PM, and minimal outside noise prior to that.
I'm a semi-retired mechanical engineer, specializing in product development. Have travelled a lot around this globe, and genuinely like travellers.
