The house is spacious with open plan living and dining, furnished for comfort and enjoyment. There is a central bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. Two double bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The kitchen is a large farm-style layout with central island bench. The back garden is north facing with access to a large table and chairs and charcoal BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings.
Situated on a lovely suburban street with public transport links into the city, this wooden floored property with nice garden, off street parking and all the facilities you could want- is sure to impress.
The whole house will be available for your use during your stay, however the lock up garage will be off limits . Please note that there is more than enough space for a car to park out of the front of the property, in front of the garage door.
