Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with big balcony -- full of beautiful plants and flowers, perfect for a morning coffee and appretivo. The compound sits in one of the best location in Shanghai. Located by line 7, 5 mins walk to Changping Rd station, 10 - 15 mins talk to Jing'an temple and west Nan jing Rd. The place is comforty and artistic. Good for solo and business travelers. The host is easy-going and warm. NOTE: this apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms + 1 study room, total 2 washrooms.
Unlike most of the shanghai homes (especially in french concession area), the apartment is generously big in size, it is 139 sq meters which gives proper space for all room functions, everything is separated from each other, each room is their own and has its own purpose. You will feel more freedom by staying here.
Day time, you will enjoy hanging out in the living room, the balcony or the dining spot, either just relaxing watching TV, enjoy music or playing with your laptop, or just a coffee... You are welcomed to use the kitchen too of course. In the night, you will be so happy going back to your room and sleep, the quiteness is something to enjoy.

I spend half day (usually in the morning) working, either in the study room Or the living room. I work quietly on my laptop, but still able to chat occasionally with you, when you need to know anything. If you need more public space, I am happy to just work from my study room. I work out 3 times a week, usually in the afternoon/evening.
- respect the privacy of the host, keep the public areas clean
- you can smoke on the balcony, but not inside the rooms
