There is plenty of on street parking, also you can park in front of the parkway on the street level.
Access to the unit from the mutual driveway. No parking on the driveway itself, but you can 'block it' on street and being a quiet suburban street there is plenty of free on street parking in front of the house.

While it is soundproofed to a very high degree, please refrain from making loud noises at night, slamming doors etc and do respect my wonderful neighbors who have little toddlers. Absolutely no parties, drugs or drunken behavior.
- You are renting my private home, with my private furniture etc. Most of it is in great condition, but it's not all brand new. Please refer to the pictures and the video.
- ** NO SMOKERS! STRICT POLICY - IN AND OUT **. Despite this being in CAPS since I started in December 2016.. I still have smokers booking, which really puzzles me. There are guests living upstairs in a separate unit as well, who deserve smoke free environment. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate departure, and lost of security deposit.
- Strictly quiet guests. No parties. Only booked guests can stay overnight and no more than 8 people in total in the unit at one time. This is a very quiet residential area and both side neighbours are very nice young couples with little kids who need their sleep.
- No access to backyard. It is used atm partly for storage and is locked out. I do supply (as in the pictures) an outdoor area private for this unit only with an outdoor setting and a BBQ for your enjoyment :)
- No parking on the driveway - it is the entrance for both upstairs and downstairs and needs to be kept clear for safety. You are welcome to park in front of it (not on the nature strip) and there is heaps of extra parking in front of the house and next to it.
- Please put some of the sheets in the washing machine (only what fits) and start a hot heavy duty wash before you leave.
- The big bins - please separate recycling (yellow bins) from general (red bin). Please put them out on Tuesday night (recycling bins are every 2 weeks, you can see what the other neighbours are putting out to make sure) and lift them back up on Wednesday night.
