This home home is in a superb location with air conditioning between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury shopping center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. The house is features a surround sound system and individual ipod decks in every room and offers 4 bedrooms rooms and 2.5 baths with a roof top deck, fully furnished with high-end contemporary furniture to give you a luxurious stay. The first master suite has a queen sized bed with a master bath attached. The second master suite is down a secluded hallway giving the room a lot of privacy with a queen bed and the master bath in this room has an extraordinary surprise, a full sized single standing bathtub (just like in the movies) and if that’s not enough, right next to the tub is a full sized glass enclosed shower with Kohler rain shower heads. This master suite has its own private sun room located on the whole 3rd floor. The down stairs living room is spacious and cozy enough to have those extra people spend the night. Everyone has a little chef inside and this is the time for you to show it. Stainless steel furnishings and wood grain cabinetry makes this kitchen a scene from your favorite cooking show. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have full beds.

From the moment of making the enquiry to getting the full refund of the deposit back our experience with Jane and Mimi was nothing but good. They answered any queries we had extremely promptly given the 8 hour time difference with us and couldn't have been more helpful.
The property was exactly like it was in the ad. It was clean, beds all made, bathrooms all clean and tidy. No complaints at all. We were shown around the house and grounds, new pass code for the door and we were away. The garage, electric door, fits one full size car and there is space outside the garage door to fit another car. We had 2 cars and had ample space to park.
The house is on the end of a block so only has one neighbor, who we never heard or saw at all, and there is only a smattering of pedestrians who walk by the house as there is no commercial/retail activity on 1st or 2nd Street and they proved to be no inconvenience at all. All in all the house, despite only being 50 yards from Main St, is in a very quiet area.
The house is in a fantastic location right in the center of HB and easy traveling to Newport and Laguna Beach and Disney/Knotts Berry Farm and hop on the various freeways to get you further north to the outlet malls. Downtown LA is only an hour or so away and Hollywood etc a bit further. We spent most of our time in that area south of LA and it was perfect.
Eateries we went to on Main ST were Fred's Mexican Cafe, BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, Bomburger and a little more upmarket the excellent Cucini Alessa on the intersection with 6th Street. Also excellent for a snack was US Taco Co on 5th.
We went to HB to get married on the beach and it was an excellent choice. The weather was great, the house was fantastic and the atmosphere really good. Main St is closed down to cars for parts of Saturday and Tuesday due to local market and street performers so that was an added bonus.
All in all a truly brilliant holiday made in part by having this house for a week.

Location, location, location! You can't beat how close this is to the pier,
beach, and Main Street. We got to experience the W style house for a few
days and it has to be the perfect location! We are a family of 5 and we
stayed here for the thanksgiving weekend. This place is great! Barely 2
blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Main Street, which is the strip where
all of the restaurants, shops, coffee houses, and bars are located, as well
as 2 blocks from the newly opened Pacific City Mall. You can literally walk
to a different restaurant every night. The location is perfect. But although it
is barely a block away from Main Street it does not get rowdy. We were
amazed how nice and quiet the location is judging how close it is to main
All of the rooms are nice and cozy. My favorite room however has to be the
master bedroom with the awesome bathroom. The rain shower is super
awesome after a nice long day at the beach or a nice relaxing bath in the
decked out soaker tub. The rest of the house is extremely well finished and
furnished. 3BR, 2 and 1/2 baths, huge Master bedroom and bathroom. The
gas fire pit on the front patio is a great place to relax with evening cocktails
or a glass of wine. The middle patio has a built-in grill for those who would
like to cook some nice steaks for dinner. The rooftop deck has 2 lounge
chairs you can use to sun bathe or just relax with a glass of wine. It even
has a sectional to lounge in to enjoy the evening breeze and relax under
the stars. The garage is filled with things you need for the beach - chairs,
boogie boards, beach cruiser bikes, etc. The grocery store was a 5 minute
drive, Disneyland was 35 minutes, Laguna Beach was 30 minutes, and Los
Angeles was less than an hour.
We loved getting up in the morning here because they have great breakfast
places like banzai bowl for a good acai bowl (must try the Maui sunrise
bowl) before a nice glassy surf session and then hitting up sugar shack (I
recommend the Main street breakfast burrito with a side of their heavenly
golden hash brown has to he one of the best breakfast burrito I've had in
California). There’s even a starbucks around the corner! Then walk 2 mins
back to the house and chill with a fulfilling food coma for a few hours. I did
this for the whole stay. I couldn't image a better life.
We had such a wonderful time and Mike, Chanti and Kelli were absolute
pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway in Surf
City USA, this is the place!!!!!
Guests will have access to the entire house which includes the garage, the furnished front yard, backyard and rooftop deck. Bikes are also available for rent for as low as $35 for your entire stay per bike.

Terms: You must be 25 years old to book this home and we usually have a 3 to 5 day minimum. Although you agree to the terms here a signed copy of your contract is also required, we will email you the link to sign online after you reserve. Also, we require a copy of your driver's license or other photo id that shows your name and age which you can email or text to us.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion money. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed on your contract.
No Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted in the home, no vape pens are permitted inside the home. Evidence of any kind of smoking inside the home could result in a $200 penalty to be deducted from your damage deposit. Some homes do not even allow smoking outside of the house, and will be noted on the contract.
No Pets: No pets are permitted in our homes. There are a few homes that do permit some pets. If you have permission to have a pet, you must sign the special pet contract and pay an additional security deposit. Separate accidental damage insurance may be required. All pet terms are to be mutually agreed upon by renter and owner.
Excessive Damages/ Security deposits: I understand that my security deposit can be used to pay for damages or excessive cleaning or mess or breach of contract. You have paid for light cleaning but if the house requires heavy cleaning you will be charged extra. Heavy cleaning is for example, when wiping down hardwood floors it is not good enough and it needs a Professional cleaning due to spills and or damage. However, the guest is fully liable for any malicious damage, damage due to gross neglect or misuse of the property, and/or need for excessive cleaning. Costs incurred for the repair or cleaning of any such abuse to the property, will be the paid by the guests. Security deposits are refunded per the terms of the Airbnb damage deposit refund policy.
WiFi and Cable: Amenities such as WiFi and cable are kept in as best working order as possible. Occasionally, disruptions in service occur and may take up to 72 hours to resolve, and may require your assistance. Your assistance might entail, for example, calling Time Warner on our behalf and having them walk you through a reboot, or letting us know when you plan to be at the house so that we can schedule a service visit.
Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed there are no refunds for cancellations outside the the Airbnb cancellation policy.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon full payment, signed contract and copy of ID we will provide you with a code to let yourself into the property 7 days prior to arrival as we change the codes regularly.
