Stay at this amazing Lake Tahoe west shore retreat, tucked between undeveloped forest on one side and Sugar Pine Point State Park on the other. A few steps out onto one of the two balconies gives you a relaxing feeling of being away from it all.
This updated townhouse is just minutes from the lake's edge, walking and biking trails. Also, available for use are a tennis court, a small park with play equipment, a half-court basketball hoop and a horseshoe pit.
After a day on the lake, enjoy the large upstairs living space that features leather sofa and love seat, along with two La-Z-Boy recliners near a cozy fire place. Walk out onto the extended balcony to relax as the sun sets. This main room also includes a large-screen TV with a sound-system, dvd player and DISH-TV (full channel access).
The kitchen, dining room and bar are full of amenities to prepare and serve all your meals, if desired. Stroll out onto the dining room balcony to listen to the wind in the trees or fire-up the new Weber gas barbecue on the balcony – perfect for outdoor cooking.
The townhouse features three large bedrooms downstairs. The master suite has a full bathroom, while across the hallway another room features a bunk bed that sleeps three, large leather chair and flat-screen TV. The third room sleeps two and is next to another full bathroom available downstairs.
