The bedroom contains a super king bed which can be split into two single beds if required.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath card games are kept in the sideboard and there is easy reading and local information on the bookcase.

With 150 acres of ancient woodland, wildflower pastures, natural hedgerows and water meadows together with stunning views over the vales of Scamblesby and Belchford, Poachers Hideaway is the perfect place to explore, relax, unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the countryside. You can access our farm land but we ask you to be respectful, do not allow children to go near farm animals. There is a shared outside lodge area that we ask you to put everything back as you find it. BBQ is available, you will need to ask for this on booking.

The Viking way goes across part of the farm.
We expect you to treat and respect our cottages as though they are yours. We ask you to leave everything as you find it. We ask our guests to strip their beds on leaving and leave everything in the bath ready for our cleaning team. We ask you to respect other guests privacy and everyone else who lives on site all year round, no loud noise or music after 10pm, during the day we ask you to be respectful with any loud music, but we also want you to enjoy your stay. The cottage must be left in the same condition you find it, otherwise we will request cleaning costs. If you use the fires- where applicable - we do expect you to clean it out. One basket logs is provided.
Dogs with prior discussion are allowed £20 booking fee, please advise breed as we only have farm insurance for certain breeds.

Any same sex parties need to discuss with us before booking. We do allow small social gatherings, but a holding deposit of £200 is needed.
