The Bedroom - King size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. Hypoallergenic bedding available. Large sash window with working shutters. Laptop safe.
Bathroom - Featuring a large step-in shower and underfloor heating.
Lounge - Good sized space with original feature fireplace, comfy seating, bluetooth speaker and TV. Large sash window to the garden with working shutters. Beautiful internal French doors connect to the kitchen area creating an open plan feel.
The Kitchen - Featuring a breakfast bar as well as table and chairs. Kitted out with Dualit appliances and all the essentials. Tea, real coffee, sugar, milk etc. The rear stable-door opens to the outside.
Utility Room - accessed from outside and housing the boiler, washing machine, iron etc.
The Garden & Patio - a small set of steps leads up to a walled town garden of lawn and well stocked beds. The garden is surprisingly tranquil, gets the sun all morning and is the perfect place for summer breakfasts. Garden bench and patio set.
The Garden Flat is accessed totally independently from the rest of the property. At the front this is via a set of steps down to the front door, and to the rear our guests have sole access and use of the garden.

We live 5 minutes away and are on-hand during your stay. We have lived in Cheltenham for over 25 years and can help you with information about local amenities and interesting places to visit in the surrounding Cotswolds.
We have gated access to the rear of the garden so we can arrange to mow the lawn, put the bins out etc without need to disturb you.

The period terrace, known as Paragon Parade, is set back from the main road on a small private drive running in front of the properties. Our guests have access to private parking on a 'first come' basis to the side of the terrace. There is also on-road metered parking directly outside on Bath Road (free between 6pm-8am) but to date we have never had guests needing to use this.
Please no smoking in the apartment or garden.
There is a strong sense of community along the Parade which we value greatly - please be respectful of our co-residents in the property and to our neighbours.
The flat can accommodate a strict maximum of 2 people (plus travel-cot aged child) - we ask that this is respected, thank you.
We are very happy to welcome babies/children, however parents may find some features limiting e.g. glass tables, no cupboard locks.
