Deedy's Nest is a private freestanding home, with a large home feel, designed just for a couple. It has a large open plan living/dinning/kitchen area, bedroom with walk-in robe & iron/ironing board cupboard, spacious bathroom/laundry, study & tons of built in storage surrounded by over a 1000sqm of native gardens & tall gums. The Living, Bedroom and Study have huge windows with double sliding glass doors that look and walk out onto individual undercover decks through to the garden.
Generally - Love & care for it as much as we do :) .....
-Not suitable for pets due to no fencing & proximity to National Parks.
-No shoes inside; We have large awnings over all 3 entrances so it is easy to remove shoes out of the weather. We have also supplied a brush & small towel at the 2 main entrances for cleaning off wet sandy feet :) You might want to bring indoor shoes/slippers with you but as it's mostly carpeted, accept kitchen & bathroom, it won't be too problematic.
-No parties or events.... ie No bringing guests from outside for parties etc
(The house is for two people. Registered guests only).
*No drugs or alcohol abuse pls
*** ... & for some reason ??? although all our guests generally take great care of Deedy's Nest ..... the suitcases seem to get out of control and are scuffing the walls and benches ... if you could take a little extra care in this area it would be appreciated...
Thanks in advance. Janinka
My husband & I live on the Far South Coast of NSW, 10 mins drive from "Deedy's Nest" & Mystery Bay. Our passion is surfing, the beach, great outdoors, natural unspoiled environment & all the simple things life has to offer. Because we love it here we wanted our holiday home to be here too. This would allow us to get away from our regular domestic duties & responsibilities, fully relax & totally enjoy the pristine environment in which we live. After purchasing "Deedy's Nest" we decided to share her with other couples, during the times we weren't using it, and found that she was really well received! We also found we actually enjoyed sharing her & her environment.
