We only rent our townhouse when we're not there ourselves. It is one half of a historic "camelback shotgun double". In modern language, that means it's half of a duplex, 12 feet wide by 80 feet long downstairs, 12 x 40 upstairs. It's the mirror image of our full-time rental townhouse next door. Our neighbors are GREAT and love interacting with our guests. They're very helpful in suggesting local venues.

We have terrific neighbors. Please respect that they live on Eighth full-time. No loud music, no parties. Also important to note: everyone parks on the street. Do not park in the loading zone for the business across the street. Anywhere else is fair game. Discourage theft by removing personal items from your vehicle and locking it.

Our cleaning service will do all the rest.
