The flat is large, bright and centrally located, making it the perfect base for your stay in Edinburgh. It is on the second floor. It was built in the 1870s and maintains it's Victorian charm whilst being modern. It is centrally located - a 5 minutes walk to Princes Street or 10 minutes to the Royal Mile. Good transport links - you can travel by tram, bus or train. The flat is very close to Broughton Street (1 minute walk) which is full of independent shops, restaurants and bars.
Please treat our apartment as you would your own home and leave it as you found it. Respect our lovely neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum later at night. Most of all please enjoy your stay!
Hi, I am Ian. My wife, Laura, and I love to travel as much we can! For the last few years, we have only used AirBnb when we have visited other cities. We love the flexibility it affords and the social side of AirBnb is a fantastic bonus for us. Our last few trips have taken us to New York, Reykjavik, London, Copenhagen, Brighton and Gotthenberg.
We are really lucky to live in Edinburgh and run our own business called "Curiouser and Curiouser" which has two shops in Edinburgh, one on Broughton Street, the other on Bruntsfield Place. It keeps us pretty busy! We are currently experimenting with living in the countryside, and have rented a little cottage just outside Edinburgh and decided that AirBnb would be the perfect way to make sure our flat stays loved and lived in.
