Perfectly located on 72nd and Broadway, this beautiful and quiet studio apartment sets just the right tone for a great stay in New York City. The apartment is on the 15th floor of a charming pre-war mid-rise building and has a wonderful southward view of the Lincoln Center area. It has a small yet complete kitchen, lots of closet space, and a large and bright living/bedroom area. The whole place is cozy, warm, and welcoming. The neighborhood is simply fantastic, too. Central Park is 2 blocks to the East and Riverside Park is 1 block to the West. In addition to Lincoln Center, which is 4 blocks to the South, The Natural History Museum, The New York Historical Society, and The Museum of Art and Design (to name only a few) are all within walking distance. You will also find some of the best store and shops in the city. There are five grocery stores in close proximity, including Trader Joe's, Fairway Market, and Zabar's. There are restaurants of every type and cuisine throughout the entire neighborhood, most notably a mini "restaurant row" between 79th and 86th and Amsterdam. Not only will you have all of the Upper West Side at your doorstep, however, the rest of New York is just a few minutes away. The apartment is located a half block from the 1,2, and 3 subway and a two stops from the A, B, C, and D lines. Times Square is a mere 3-minute subway ride, and there you can makes connections to elsewhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. If you are looking for a cozy, charming, and affordable apartment in NYC that is centrally located, this is the one for you.
There are just three simple rules. Please respect the apartment. Please respect the neighbors. Enjoy your stay!
