Washing Machine with built in Dryer and dishwasher is conveniently located in the kitchen next to the sink.
The lounge area has 2 very comfortable couches, Full HD TV coupled with a full-bouquet cable television (DSTV)
The master bedroom is spacious and features an extremely comfortable queen size bed with cotton percale linen and cooling & heating air-conditioner.
The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed to comfortably accommodate 2 extra guests.
The lounge and master bedroom lead out onto a generous balcony with small table and chairs.
The bathroom has both a full bath that doubles as a fantastic shower as well.
Guests will have access to the apartment and balcony.
Entrance is gained either through the top gate or through the lower gate which is conveniently located on Main Road Sea Point.
There is access control on both gates by means of an electronic tag, security gate for the block as well as another security gate on the front door to ensure peace of mind.

Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained.
Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary.
In case of emergencies, your host is 2 minutes away from the apartment.

It is requested that guests respect the fellow neighbours in the block. This includes speaking quietly especially in the apartment grounds outside the apartment.
Please note that on-street parking is available at the back of the apartment grounds in Hofmeyr Road.
Agreeing to the rules of the Body Corporate of the block.
This includes - No smoking, be respectful. This includes being considerate to the neighbours, keeping noise levels at reasonable levels, especially after dark and before sunrise. Damages and breakages will be for the guest's account.
